What it does
One workspace for entities, contracts, IP, litigation, holds and regulatory filings, with an AI copilot that drafts, reviews and files alongside your team.
LawDep is the one workspace for a growth company’s legal function: entities, contracts, IP, litigation, holds, filings and matters in a single system. Every AI citation is checked against live law (US Code, CourtListener, eCFR) before you rely on it, so it can’t cite a fake case. Built for the legal teams the Fortune 500 platforms won’t serve.
