Lookback Live

In plain words

Lookback Live is a real-time user research platform that enables teams to conduct studies on mobile and desktop devices. It allows researchers to observe and collect feedback from users as they interact with digital products, helping design and development teams understand user behavior and experience. The tool serves product managers, designers, and developers who need to validate design decisions and gather qualitative feedback during the development process.
