What it does
Lucid Care tracks your mental health with mood, wearables, and biomarkers. AI-powered insights reveal patterns and predictions to help you monitor progress. Share your health snapshot securely with your clinician or review it anytime with privacy first.
Get to know yourself better by seeing patterns over time. You don’t have to remember all your ups & downs - Lucid does it for you Forgotten to mention something important to your clinician or run out of time? Couldn’t quite figure out how to answer your clinician’s questions? Wondered why your clinician isn’t looking at your wearable data? Mental health treatment can be overwhelming and stressful. In fact, most people have trouble communicating with their clinician. It takes time for clinicians to truly understand their clients, piecing together snapshots into stories. “Lucid’s clinician report saves me 10-15 minutes. I can dive into the actual meat of why the client is here” Or search…from lucid.care

i wanted to change the habit of reaching for my phone in the morning and doomscrolling away an hour so i built an app to help me. now i have to literally touch grass before accessing my most distracting apps the app is built in swiftui, uses the screen time apis provided by apple and google vision to recognise grass or not i'd love to get your thoughts on the concept.
