Maestro – 3-in-1 Kitchen Appliance, Blend, Chop and Mix
Around Thanksgiving of last year, I was preparing a huge and elaborate meal and struggling to utilize my small apartment kitchen space effectively. Because I cook a lot, I have all of the best tools and appliances, and because I am space-limited, some of those tools and appliances sit on my counter. During this frustration, I had the idea to combine a blender, food processor, and stand mixer. I thought it was simple, it's just a motor with some sort of working implement attached. Over the last 6 months, and many 3d printed prototypes I have designed and developed a solution to my problem.…

Over the last 6 months, and many 3d printed prototypes I have designed and developed a solution to my problem. Features: - 3-speed concentric output planetary gearbox that allows you to hit the highest end speeds for blending and the lowest end speeds for mixing. - Universal Motor High-fidelity electronic speed control. - Blender Attachment (Large Blades, particularly good at cavitation-related blending) - Food Processor Attachment - Bowl Mixing Attachment Future Features: - Juicer Attachment - Milling Attachment - Grinder Attachment Because this is "hardware" there isn't a great way to play around with it, but I've linked a quick 3-minute explainer video, and there are some other marketing-related materials I've made recently.

I am happy to announce the updated release of my web app, 7courses. http://7courses.com/ 7courses makes it ridiculously easy to jot down and manage your collection of recipes. As someone who cooks, I often find recipes online or in cookbooks, but have no way to organize them. I have been looking for a digital "recipe box". After plenty of searching I just made my own. 7courses was built around the idea that you should be able to choose how you want to organize your recipes, and doing so should be easy and quick. The UI is responsive and intuitive, with a no frills design. Just jump right in…

Many years ago, I made VJ softwares (to mix live visuals in clubs) for unexpected platforms like the Game Boy Advance, the Playstation 2 and the Raspberry Pi. This year, I’m back with a new web-app: Pikimov. Inspired by Photopea (a free Photoshop clone), I created this web-based motion design & video editor as an alternative to After Effects, to fill empty void. It's free, without signup, without cloud uploads (your files stay on your machine), and your projects are not used for AI models training.
