ManyRows

Product lifecycle management that bends to your products

What it does

Model your products as they really are, not as a rigid PLM tool insists. Define your own types, then switch on multi-level BOMs, change control, costing and quality checks per type. A materials list stays a plain list while a finished good routes every edit through review. Fast grid, full API, cloud-hosted.

Flexible PLM software on a strongly-typed product data model: multi-level BOMs, change control with approvals and revisions, costing and quality. Cloud-hosted.

Product lifecycle management (PLM) that bends to your products, so you can design and launch faster. Model your parts, products, formulas, and BOMs the way they really are, keep one source of truth instead of brittle spreadsheets and rigid PLM tools, and reach it all from a fast grid or an API. ManyRows standardizes the data and the processes behind innovating, developing and commercializing products, so your best ideas reach the market instead of stalling. Group types under a base type to share a common spine of fields, then give each type whatever else it needs. A Part , a Formula , a Finished Good : each its own shape, all inheriting the shared and built-in fields, and never losing sort…from manyrows.com

    Craftplan – I built my wife a production management tool for her bakeryFeb 2026 · github.com · ▲577

My wife was planning to open a micro-bakery. We looked at production management software and it was all either expensive or way too generic. The actual workflows for a small-batch manufacturer aren't that complex, so I built one and open-sourced it. Craftplan handles recipes (versioned BOMs with cost rollups), inventory (lot traceability, demand forecasting, allergen tracking), orders, production batch planning, and purchasing. Built with Elixir, Ash Framework, Phoenix LiveView, and PostgreSQL. Live demo: https://craftplan.fly.dev ([email protected] / Aa123123123123) GitHub:…

  • Hey we are Computable. We spent years building trading infrastructure at Jump Trading and Coinbase. From that point of view, compute looks like energy markets before 2000: everything trades through private bilateral leases, there’s no visible price, and nothing can be resold. The same H100 rents at a 2x spread depending on who’s asking, and once you sign a 24-month lease, it can never change hands. So we built a market for GPU nodes, sold by the calendar week. Here are three things you can do on it that you can’t do anywhere else: - Buy exactly the weeks you need. Three nodes for the last…

  • Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
