What it does

Adding 3D models to your site usually ruins page speed and exposes your source files to theft. Meshless fixes this. Instead of heavy WebGL rendering, we convert 3D models into interactive, buttery-smooth WebP frames in the background. Your users get a 100/100 Lighthouse score, zero Total Blocking Time, and instant load times. Most importantly: zero mesh bytes are served, making your 3D assets 100% theft-proof. Built for modern e-commerce.

Encode .glb 3D models to WebP image sequences. Ship interactive 360° product viewers with zero WebGL, zero mesh leaks, and a 61% average LCP improvement.

Meshless turns your 3D models into fast, theft-proof 360° product viewers. Upload a .glb or .stl — we render it to WebP frames server-side. Shoppers see a 360° spin. Competitors get 404 . No 3D expertise needed. Upload a model, we do the heavy lifting in the cloud, and you paste two lines into your store. Drag a .glb or .stl into the dashboard — no prep, no plugins. Your file is AES-256 encrypted before it touches our storage, and the unwrap key is split so neither half alone is useful. Meshless servers render the full frame set (36 to 360 WebP frames) for you. The visitor's browser receives finished images — never the model, never a heavy 3D engine. Copy the snippet into any site —…from meshless.io

    Mesh3d.gallery – hand-picked gallery of 3D websites (Three.js, WebGL)Apr 2026 · mesh3d.gallery · ▲5

My friend (designer) and I (programmer/3D enthusiast) built this as a side project after getting frustrated with existing galleries that label anything "3D" - including pre-rendered videos and static images - making it hard to find what's actually possible in the browser right now. mesh3d.gallery only lists websites doing real-time 3D with WebGL, Three.js, or similar. We hand-picked the first ~150 ourselves, and since opening submissions, users have added more, though everything still goes through us before it goes live. Tech stack used: - Next.js (I regret this decision deeply) -…

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
