Markdown 文件保存在你选择的本地文件夹，不收集笔记数据。需要跨设备时，可交给 iCloud Drive、坚果云或你熟悉的文件同步工具。 Your Markdown files stay in a folder you choose. MiaoYan does not collect note data; iCloud Drive, Nutstore, or another file-sync client can handle cross-device sync. 文件夹、笔记列表与编辑器组成清楚的三栏布局。支持深色模式、无干扰写作和常用快捷键，不需要维护插件系统。 A clear three-column layout keeps folders, notes, and writing together. I'm not the author of the app (nor i have any connection with them, just a random user). iA Writer and Writer Pro aren't well suited for me as a developer. They feel quite "strange" to me. Mou is a good option (free too) but still missing some features. So far this, this editor is the most complete user-friendly. Hope it helps!

  Talanoa▲346

Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

More than 6 years ago, me and my friend from university were playing around with an idea of making a game we always wanted to play. We worked on it on weekends but the progress was quite slow, especially due to so many dead ends and wasted effort. Eventually however, we solidified our direction and decided to take the risk to resign from our well paid SWE jobs and work on it full time. It took more than a year but yesterday we have finally released it on Steam:…
