MINDBEBOP is a Mental Background OS: a set of ultralight tools that structure this layer so thoughts can actually end. Different types of mental activity require different actions: • Looping thought → flip it • Unfinished task → schedule it • Mental overload → clear it • Compulsive loop → remove the option Not stored.
