What it does

ModelNex helps SaaS teams onboard users faster, reduce repetitive support tickets, and improve retention with context-aware in-app AI agents. Instead of sending users to docs, chatbots, or generic product tours, ModelNex understands product knowledge, UI context, user roles, and workflow state to guide users step by step inside the app. Teams can use ModelNex for onboarding, feature adoption, support deflection, and workflow completion without hard-coding every guide.
