Moderation removes the complexity of scanning barcodes or calorie counting, and instead presents a simple interface to quickly record if what you have eaten was healthy or not. What is healthy? That depends on your own goals, but the key is being consistent. Once you have been tracking your food, you will start to see patterns and interesting insights. People who track what they eat are more likely to make better decisions based on their long term goals. Low carb? Gluten free? Chocolate? Use Tags to gain extra insight into your meals.
