Monark Pepit

AI-Powered CV Review for Recruiters

What it does

Monark Pepit — AI-powered recruitment Pepit analyzes submitted resumes through a five-step pipeline (upload, extraction, AI scoring, report, notification), producing an explained score with documented criteria rather than a black-box result. It identifies candidate strengths and flags for review, and generates interview questions tailored to each profile. The AI assists recruiters; it never replaces their final decision.

AI CV review for recruiters: explained scoring, candidate ranking and interview guides generated by Monark Pepit.

Pepit analyzes CVs, ranks candidates, and prepares interviews without replacing your HR tools. V1 relies on Google Drive. The product trajectory aims for a multi-channel intelligence layer for both candidates and companies. Pepit displays the score, but also the reasons: job fit, strong signals, identified reservations, and questions to ask during the interview. The real problem in recruitment isn't the lack of candidates. It's the time spent reading before you can compare. Drive, email, upload, ATS, LinkedIn. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
