My First Rails App (currentride.com)

I needed to get out of localhost:3000 land and ship a (somewhat functional) web app. Anyways, I built Current Ride as a place to put your bucket list items out in the open. The goal is really to inspire the community to do more things! Building the app helped me understand Rails a lot better and allowed me to hack-break-fix bugs/features more effectively :) Enjoy! http://www.currentride.com

    hi HN! I managed my bucket list (things to do before I die) in the .md file but I've found it not quite effective, so I built the website. I want to deliver high quality and yet collaborative catalog of ideas to have. Traditional todo lists lacks several things in the context of the bucket list -> these are not public / social, there is no catalog to inspire, there's no catalog to inspire you, lack of gamification, etc. Also, would be nice to have a lifetime visual history of personal achievements.
