Nebenkosten-Guru ist eine Software für rechtssichere Nebenkostenabrechnungen in Deutschland - als einzelne HTML-Datei einmalig zur Markteinführung für 39,95 € (Early Bird bis 30.09.2026, regulär 79,90 €), lokal auf dem Rechner des Vermieters, ohne Cloud-Anbindung, ohne Konto und ohne wiederkehrende Gebühren. Nebenkosten (auch Betriebskosten genannt) sind die laufenden Kosten, die durch den bestimmungsmäßigen Gebrauch eines Gebäudes oder Grundstücks entstehen. Dazu zählen unter anderem Heizung, Wasser, Müllabfuhr, Hausmeister, Versicherungen und Grundsteuer.
