This app is the result of 7 years, a smartwatch, a little bit of COVID, and the need to reduce stress and bring margin to my life again and I wanted to share it with others too. I didn't want it to be complex either. It's... Quick - One tap to access a video. Simple - No fancy prep. No gamification. Growing - Over 100 videos to access. More always being added.

It is not an in depth meditation app, but a basic tool . One Minute to Breathe was originally inspired by my first smart watch I bought about a decade ago. One day in the middle of work my watch vibrated and asked if I wanted to try a breathing exercise. I gave it a try. I spent a minute doing some deep breaths in rhythm with the pulsing rings. I found myself surprisingly refreshed after the exercise. I didn't do it too many times after that, but it made an impression. Fast forward to COVID.
