PtahCast

What it does

PtahCast is a delivery forecasting platform built for agencies and client-services delivery teams. Instead of a single hoped-for completion date, it runs 10,000 Monte Carlo simulations against a team's actual historical cycle-time data to produce three probability-based delivery dates — Aggressive (P50), Commercial (P85), and Safe (P95) — so every date you give a client is a number you can defend, not a guess you're hoping holds.

  I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it.
