Quain - Life, handled.
Your life, handled for you
What it does
I built Quain because I nearly got fined for a forgotten MOT, found out I'd been off a fixed energy tariff for eight months without noticing, and realised I hadn't been to the dentist in two years. None of those things are hard to deal with. They're just really easy to forget. And there's no single place that tracks all of it, let alone actually does something about it. That's what Quain is.

Hi! I made an interactive visualization of your life in weeks. Inspired by Tim Urban's Your Life in Weeks (Wait But Why) and Buster Benson's Life in Weeks. Hopefully it's a fun thing to do together with family over the holidays. I wrote about it on my digital garden: https://www.petemillspaugh.com/weeks-of-your-life Any feedback is welcome. Top on my todo list is improving performance (reduce interaction lag).

So I started posting jobs where Elixir is a primary skill. Whenever I find a relevant position I verify it and post it on the site. elixir-careers.com I believe that Elixir will be more and more popular from now on since huge companies are finally adopting it

The same H100 rents at a 2x spread depending on who’s asking, and once you sign a 24-month lease, it can never change hands. So we built a market for GPU nodes, sold by the calendar week. Here are three things you can do on it that you can’t do anywhere else: - Buy exactly the weeks you need. Three nodes for the last…
