What it does

ResumeRoster is a community platform where people can post resumes, get honest public feedback, and improve before applying. You can submit anonymously, share the role you’re targeting, add the job description, and get specific roasts from other users on what to rewrite, reorder, quantify, or remove. The goal is not to make resumes “pretty.” It is to make them sharper, clearer, and more useful for real hiring screens.

    Hey HN, Henry here from Cactus. We open-sourced Needle, a 26M parameter function-calling (tool use) model. It runs at 6000 tok/s prefill and 1200 tok/s decode on consumer devices.
