Start with a free 5-minute Performance Score across 6 pillars: training, school, recovery, confidence, focus, and leadership. Then use the Calendar Matrix and Performance Prep to turn the result into a system, not more willpower. Built for student-athletes, and for the parents and coaches.
Free 5-minute diagnostic for emerging and elite student-athletes. Find your performance leak across training, school, recovery, confidence, and leadership. Built by Australian National Sprint Champion Rhema Adelaja. Instant personalised report.
Feeling like you're giving 100%… but still can't balance training and school? That's a system problem, and it's fixable. RHEMA LEAD gives student-athletes the exact system to perform at the highest level in sport and school. Whether you are a student-athlete, a parent, a coach, or an institution, RHEMA LEAD has a place for you. A daily operating system that manages time, energy, and priorities across sport and school. Nothing falls through the cracks. No choosing between the two. Consistent habits and routines that hold regardless of how you feel. Performance is built in the moments no one sees, before anyone is watching and after everyone has left. Measurable, trackable improvement…from rhemalead.com

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
