What it does
Riviera lets hotels improve the guest experience and vastly reduce costs. Our agents speak any language and can do everything a human operator can. This lets hotels cater to international customers and free up staff to manage high touch service tasks.
Give every guest an instant, intelligent voice experience. Riviera powers AI agents that handle calls, answer questions, and take action — 24/7.
AI agents that handle calls, dining orders, and reservations in any language, around the clock. Your staff stays focused on the guests right in front of them. Have a real conversation with our AI hotel employee. No account needed, just click and talk. Riviera detects the guest's language in real time and switches fluently — no buttons, no menus. It works from the very first sentence and stays locked in for the rest of the call. Identifies the language within the first few words of a call. If a guest switches languages, the agent follows seamlessly. From Spanish to French to Japanese — no configuration needed. Voicemail. No message left. They book at the hotel down the street. i wanted to change the habit of reaching for my phone in the morning and doomscrolling away an hour so i built an app to help me. now i have to literally touch grass before accessing my most distracting apps the app is built in swiftui, uses the screen time apis provided by apple and google vision to recognise grass or not i'd love to get your thoughts on the concept.
