Rochel

Annotate websites. Ship clean briefs to coding agents.

What it does

Rochel is a local-first Chrome extension for visual website feedback. Click any element, explain what should change, and keep moving. Rochel captures the useful page and element context and turns selected annotations into a clean Markdown implementation brief for your coding agent. No account, no cloud sync, no telemetry.

Install Rochel from the Chrome Web Store and turn visual website feedback into precise Markdown prompts for any coding agent.

Select anything that feels wrong on a website, keep every annotation private in your browser, and turn the useful feedback into a clean coding-agent brief. Select any element on any page. The context comes along automatically. Every annotation is stored locally. No account, no upload, no telemetry. Scattered notes become one plain Markdown brief for any coding agent. No lock-in. Annotating is the job. When you want to be sure first, one shortcut puts three inspection tools on the page itself. Nothing is captured or stored while youfrom rochel-extension.vercel.app

  • I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role. The app allows you to define time budgets, which are not much more than a few mutually exclusive countdown timers. The UX is essentially that of a chess clock for an arbitrary number of players with configurable time. The whole point of the app is to kick you out of the running role/priority when its time is up.
