What it does

I kept losing track of good moments while researching YouTube videos for Shorts. Built this to fix my own workflow. Shorts Composer is a Chrome side panel that sits next to YouTube: 🎬 Q/E keys to mark clip in/out points + add notes 🕒 Auto-collects comment timestamps ("3:42 🔥" ones) 📝 Extracts subtitles as TXT or SRT 💾 Export as JSON, TXT, or SRT No account, no server, no tracking. v0.1 — built for myself, sharing in case it helps others.
