What it does

Links pile up everywhere — open tabs, chat messages, "read this later" promises. Sleevy catches them: one tap from iOS, Chrome, Raycast, or the web, and everything lands in a single synced reading queue. Each link is enriched automatically with titles, favicons, and suggested tags, so your queue stays organized without you doing the filing. And when you want to automate, there's a REST API and MCP server built in. Save links. Read them later.

Sleevy is a personal bookmark manager with a read-later API and MCP server — save links from scripts, AI agents, iOS, Chrome, and Raycast into one synced queue.

A scriptable read-later app and bookmark manager you can automate and extend. Save any link the instant you find it. No app switching, no friction. From your phone, browser, and Raycast to scripts and AI agents, every surface you touch can save to Sleevy. Your queue syncs instantly across devices, so it's current wherever you open it. Hit share in any app, pick Sleevy, and the link is saved. Nothing to copy or paste. Capture and search with the Raycast link-saving extension without leaving the keyboard. The Sleevy bookmark manager API uses personal access tokens. Anything that can make an HTTP request can save to your queue, from scripts and CLI tools to automations. Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
