What it does
Most workout apps remember what you lifted. StrengthIQ works out what to lift next: today's weight and reps for every exercise, computed from your own history, plus warm-ups, deload weeks and live Apple Watch sync. No account needed.
StrengthIQ computes your next session from your own training history: targets, warm-ups and deload weeks. Transparent rules, not a black box. iPhone and Apple Watch, local-first, no account.
