Most habit apps reset your streak after one missed day. STRIK works differently. STRIK is built on a simple truth: missing 1-2 days doesn't break your habit adaptation. So why should your streak reset? This is why STRIK introduces the Freeze system, automatic streak protection that activates after 7 consecutive days. When life gets in the way, your streak stays alive. At some point, losing your streak becomes more painful than doing the habit itself. That's the shift STRIK is designed to create.
