Tethr

An AI task manager that actually forces you to execute.

What it does

Tethr is a productivity app for capturing tasks, managing projects, and more. - Project Atomizer: Upload a messy file and let us break it down according to your schedule. - Playbooks: Don't know how to start? Playbooks can atomize tasks into simple steps to stop procrastination. - Voice Ingest: Pull out your phone, run the shortcut, say the task, and you're done. I’m a 16yo who didn't know code, and I built this entirely through systems thinking and some serious prompting on an AI agent.

    Reor – An AI note-taking app that runs models locally2024 · github.com · ▲411

Reor is an open-source AI note-taking app that runs models locally. The four main things to know are: 1. Notes are connected automatically with vector search. You can do semantic search + related notes are automatically connected. 2. You can do RAG Q&A on your notes using the local LLM of your choice. 3. Embedding model, LLM, vector db and files are all run or stored locally. 4. Point it to a directory of markdown files (like an Obsidian vault) and it works seamlessly alongside Obsidian. Under the hood, Reor uses Llama.cpp (node-llama-cpp integration), Transformers.js and Lancedb to power…

  • Hey we are Computable. We spent years building trading infrastructure at Jump Trading and Coinbase. From that point of view, compute looks like energy markets before 2000: everything trades through private bilateral leases, there’s no visible price, and nothing can be resold. The same H100 rents at a 2x spread depending on who’s asking, and once you sign a 24-month lease, it can never change hands. So we built a market for GPU nodes, sold by the calendar week. Here are three things you can do on it that you can’t do anywhere else: - Buy exactly the weeks you need. Three nodes for the last…

Today, I’m proud to announce Homebrew 6.0.0. The most significant changes since 5.1.0 are a new tap trust security mechanism, the new faster, smaller, default internal Homebrew JSON API, sandboxing on Linux, better defaults informed by our user survey, many brew bundle improvements, improved performance and initial support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate). Happy to discuss any questions here!
