Lightweight virtual LAN tool that creates a private IPv4 subnet over UDP - danterolle/tund

TunD does one thing: it creates a virtual LAN. Built for LAN-party sessions, unreliable physical LANs and direct-IP multiplayer with friends. It is self-hosted and cross-platform. The C core stays dependency-light: Linux and macOS use system networking APIs, while Windows uses Wintun for TUN support. Scope: TunD encrypts traffic in transit between each endpoint and the TunD server. It is not end-to-end against the server itself. Use a long random shared key. Those are better choices for general secure networking, especially when confidentiality or production-grade trust matters.
