Proactive AI SRE for Kubernetes
UpStatus.at launched on June 4, 2025 with 3 votes.
What it does
A lightweight AI agent runs on every Kubernetes node, constantly watching pods and logs to detect anomalies. When something goes wrong, you'll get a detailed, contextual alert with likely root causes - immediately sent through your existing tools.

Klaw.sh – Kubernetes for AI agentsFeb 2026 · github.com · ▲60Hi everyone, I run a generative AI infra company, unified API for 600+ models. Our team started deploying AI agents for our marketing and lead gen ops: content, engagement, analytics across multiple X accounts. OpenClaw worked fine for single agents. But at ~14 agents across 6 accounts, the problem shifted from "how do I build agents" to "how do I manage them." Deployment, monitoring, team isolation, figuring out which agent broke what at 3am. Classic orchestration problem. So I built klaw, modeled on Kubernetes: Clusters — isolated environments per org/project Namespaces — team-level…
SRE Assistant – An AI-powered agent for Kubernetes and AWS operations2025 · github.com · ▲6I built an interactive SRE assistant that helps manage Kubernetes clusters and AWS resources through natural language conversations. It uses Google's Agent Development Kit to provide: Comprehensive K8s management (pods, deployments, logs, scaling) AWS cost analysis and reporting Slack integration for team collaboration Demo videos show cost reporting and EKS cluster operations in action. Built for SREs who want to streamline operations through conversational AI.

Hey HN! Pilots everywhere are required to keep a logbook of all their flying hours, aircraft, airports, and so on. Since I track everything digitally (some people still just use paper logbooks!), I put together some data visualizations and a few 3D globes to show my flying history. This globe is probably my favourite so far: https://jameshard.ing/pilot/globes/all If you’ve got ideas for other graphs or ways to show this kind of data, I’d love to hear them!

I was the main contributor to workout.lol, an open-source fitness app to easily build a workout routine. The project had traction (1.4k GitHub stars, 95 forks, ~20K visits/month), but was eventually sold due to video licensing hurdles. The new owner stopped maintaining it, and the repo went abandoned. Over the next 9 months, I sent 15 emails to try to save it : no replies. Feature requests & issues were ignored. The community was left with a "broken" tool let's say. I couldn't just let it die So I built the new version from scratch with the same open-source spirit, but a better…
