VQC - Video Quick Cut

What it does

VQC is a lightweight desktop app for turning long video folders into clean, usable clips. Drop in a folder, review videos quickly, set In/Out points with keyboard shortcuts, save multiple clips from the same source, then export everything with FFmpeg or as a Premiere-compatible XML timeline. It’s built for creators, editors, researchers, and teams who need fast batch trimming without opening a heavy NLE for every small cut.
