Hi HN, I challenged myself to build a multiplayer game in just 1 hour. My goal was to experience the distributed processing capabilities of Elixir and Phoenix LiveView firsthand by creating a simple web app. It allows everyone to see each other's cursors in real-time and fight a boss together. This is currently a beta version, and I plan to ship new features every week. It's deployed on Koyeb. I'd love to hear your feedback on the performance!

Seeing all the hype around Bolt.new, I decided to give it a try, and within just 30 minutes, I built a fully functional web app for screen sharing. How It Works: - One user opens a room and receives a unique code. - Participants join by simply entering the code to view the shared screen. I've posted this game here before, hopefully a repost is fine as the game has changed quite a bit (improved AI, improved mapeditor, much quicker gameplay, etc). Game is based on JavaScript/Canvas and WebSockets. On the browser side the map is pre-rendered (as a background image), just the mobile units/buildings and animations are dynamically rendered. I’ve been experimenting with embedding an Claude Code/Cursor-style coding agent directly into the browser. At a high level, the agent generates and maintains userscripts and CSS that are re-applied on page load. Rather than just editing DOM via JS in console the agent is treating the page, and the DOM as a file.
