Hi, I'm a high school teacher from Australia and I've built what I'd like to think is a pretty nifty ChatGPT powered presentation tool for teachers. So far I've used it to reference ideas from books I've read before. I've also used it to explore books I have not read before by asking the bot questions. Some people have told me they use it like a reading companion. They pause while reading the book if they have a question, and use Konjer to answer it.

My puny version of ChatGPT. This was based on the excellent LLM lecture series by Andrej Karpathy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCc8FmEb1nY The main points of differentiation are that my version is token-based (tiktoken) with code to load up multiple text files as a trining set. Plus, it has a minimal server which is a drop-in replacement for the OpenAI REST API. So you can train the default tiny 15M parameter model, and use that in your projects instead of ChatGPT. I feel like LLMs can help me understand anything. However, after I get a summary, I can't dive in to parts that I find interesting; can't refer to original source easily and can't control context with chatbots. The first ever AI peer reviewed research article just got approved. It’s kinda crazy how advanced AI have come to replace researchers. I've just been using Deep Research on ChatGPT and Perplexity a lot to write and research complex technical reports for my boss. Hey everyone, DNDGenerate is my little adventure into the world of AI and D&D. I wanted to learn more about using ChatGpt to build software and about the openai apis. When I saw how much fun my 9-year-old was having, creating his own D&D worlds. That got me thinking – why not make a tool that uses ChatGPT to help build cool D&D campaigns? I’ve been building an interactive 3D + 2D visualization of GPT-2. It displays real activations and attention scores extracted from GPT-2 Small (124M) during a forward pass. The goal is to make it easier to learn how LLMs work by showing what is happening inside the model. The 3D part is built with Three.js, and the 2D part is built with plain HTML/CSS/JS.
