Hi, HN — My name is Aaron Joyce. I'm one of the co-founders of Traitly (https://onboarding.traitly.com). Traitly helps SaaS companies to better engage their users by providing them with intelligent recommendations, using machine learning-powered tools. Today, we're releasing our first public beta product - the User Success Bot. It enables SaaS companies to onboard new users faster and more efficiently. It can be added to your site with just one line of JavaScript. We fetch user and event data in real-time from third-party services, like Segment, Mixpanel, and Intercom. You can…

Hello Hackernews! I've been building startups for 3 years and finding my initial customers has always been a big struggle. I recently got into the "build in public" trend and love how it helps founders like us get noticed without big connections. I saw many of us sharing our ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) on IndieHackers, Twitter, and other places. But there wasn't a simple place to see how we're all doing compared to each other. So, I built StartupLeaderboard.com, a site where we can see each other's ARR and learn from it. It's straightforward: you share your ARR, see others, and we all get…

website: dashboard.io I've been thinking about this idea for a while now and finally got around to building the prototype this weekend. The idea is that you'd drop my JS snippet on your site and I'd start building the "AARRR" table (which I'm actually building this week but imagine slide 4: http://www.slideshare.net/dmc500hats/startup-metrics-for-pirates-long-version). Basically, the system will build that table out for you and then show you how your startup stacks up against others in your space. To be clear, I'll never share your data with anyone. So, if you're a "hosting" company, I'd…

Hey all! On X, big stars are easy to spot, but finding awesome smaller accounts isn't. I built Big on X - a talent leaderboard that finds rising stars early. Whether you've got 100 or 1M followers, if you're growing, we'll highlight you. Check it out if you're curious about up-and-coming X accounts:)

Two weeks ago I wished I knew how quickly the watcher count on some of my repos was growing. Now I can. In addition to watchers, I'm also tracking issues, forks, and repo size. I find it fascinating to watch how issues trickle in throughout the day for large project like Rails http://bit.ly/rvsNLM. Also interesting to see how Node seems to be rapidly growing in size http://bit.ly/vstVN9. Let me know what you think http://gitego.com/

HN Team, I have been trying to do something like this for a while, where, a crowdsourced model is used to help startups get easy access to "targeted" beta users and thorough feedback for their website or apps. Through various measures, I have been signing users for the past month and a half and I believe I am ready to accept clients now. The business model is simple: you specify target user demographics for your website or app and assign tasks to the users; we notify our users that match your demographics; the users sign up, complete assigned tasks and provide you a thorough feedback. Since…
