Sup HN, So a couple of months ago I posted my OSINT app ShadowBroker here and got WAY more attention than I expected. I work on R00M 101, a Reddit-based OSINT profiler. While building it, I realized most open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools are scattered across GitHub, outdated blog posts, or random Discords. Lately I've felt exhausted due to the deluge of AI/GPT posts on hacker news, and have seen similar grumblings. I threw together this frontend that filters out anything with the phrases AI, LLM, GPT, or LLaMa for use until the hype dies down a bit. Before anyone asks, yes I did try to use ChatGPT to help, and while the code it provided was helpful, it needed some heavy bug-fixing. Edit: One other note I forgot to mention. The favicon is generated by Stable Diffusion, I asked it to generate an "Aritificial Intelligence Favicon", and then I added the red circle with line through it.

I built a web page that aggregates data about data center buildup, sovereign fund investments into AI and bottlenecks. The objective is to predict AI race cooldown by looking at a potential decrease of activity involving these elements. The website looks at the quarterly forms from the 5 biggest hyperscalers and adds their CapEx into the mix, calculating a composite index in the end showing how likely it is for the AI race to slow down. Back in October, I built a web analytics tool. It had two distinguishing features: it was cheap, and it had a weekly AI email summary so you wouldn't have to check your dashboards. Hi HN! Flocklist.app is a minimalist, private dependency tracker. I mostly just built this for myself, since I would sit down to work, look at my to-do list, and I couldn't do 2/3 of the tasks. None of the solutions to this really cut it, either because they are a little clunky or are enterprise scale (like Jira, Linear, you know the rest). I figure I can't be the only one with this problem, so I built this free app to fix it. (It also doesn’t store tasks in the cloud.) I would love to hear any feedback you have!

Figured I'd track the popular coding agents to see merge and approval rates. At first I was tracking Opened vs. Approved, but realized most people aren't approving; they just merge. I haven't found a way to reliably track the other agents (Jules, Devin, etc), since they don't have a standardized branch naming convention. Interesting to watch this over time. Open to ideas.
