Products that do what I built an under-the-door fan duct to lower bedroom CO2 does

Hi HN, This is my attempt to fix groggy mornings by lowering my bedroom CO2 from 1700 ppm to ~900 ppm. I designed a simple, 3D-printed fan duct that directs air under the door to improve air circulation. A note on the design process: I used CadQuery, a Python library for creating parametric 3D models. I didn't know tools like this existed and highly recommend it if you can program; it turned out to be more convenient than manually iterating on prototypes in a GUI. The project is open source and the post explains the full build. Happy to answer any questions.

Hello everyone, My son loves Hacker News, so I am using his account. I love innovation and technology. With the restrictions due to Coronavirus from practicing in my clinic. I created a system that replaces the air in my office in 20 seconds. Those vacuums are also filled with UV-rods inside to kill any viruses. The air is release below the office in a 2-3 foot basement, which is also filled with UV rods. https://youtu.be/UfYt1w156QA https://youtu.be/UpO8WXOlgcQ (side-by-side) Given how much my son enjoys Hacker News I thought you would all enjoy it. Hi HN, After watching a lot of Show HN's here, it's finally my turn to show something. This is the first real project I have shipped, so it is extra special to me. For those who will inevitably ask why I made yet another mockup editor I covered it on our blog (http://blog.mocktailsapp.in/why-build-yet-another-mockup-editor-tm). Not all the features mentioned in that post have been implemented yet. As such Mocktails is pre-beta software and very minimal. It does not even have user accounts or any actual server side component at all for that matter (yet)! Our intention is to build Mocktails…

Hey all, I'm a product designer and I built this cause' when I was designing liquidity pool and staking features for this DAO, I didn't know how the user flow worked and how the UI looked for similar pages, so I was constantly switching back and forth Balancer, Uniswap, and OlympusDAO as references. I thought that I might not be the only one with this problem, so I built this library of userflow screenshots, and annotated them, to share with the web3 community of builders, designers, and developers. Would love feedback if you're a builder in web3, let's connect too! (Also I'm aware that…

Hi Hacker News. Today, we're excited to launch Aircada, a lightweight browser based 3D design studio for creating interactive 3D content on the web. We remember using three.js back in 2010 before we had smart phones. And now 15 years later it feels like 3D on the web is finally starting to see the light of day. We use the beloved three.js under the hood - with WebGPU alongside the awesome node material system and TSL shader language. 1 minute demo video showing off what Aircada can do: https://youtu.be/hAJPnP93pfA Hop right into a template:…
