I've tried so many project management tools over the years (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Teamwork, Wrike, Monday, etc.) but they've all fallen short. Obviously tools like Artifactory exist - but coming from an apps/games background we found the vast majority of teams didn't use any dedicated tool for managing binaries. This weekend I built a Minecraft bot for a server I play on. It uses the Agent SDK for the main loop and a bunch of custom MCP tools.
