You could hear a needle fall on the floor inside of it which made it very uncomfortable to use the bathroom. Hey HN! I posted here some years ago trying to raise money for a Kickstarter for a product I call Loodio. Loodio is a motion activated music player for bathrooms that plays music during the bathroom visit to give users privacy during their sacred moments. The kickstarter failed, but I managed to create a product eventually with a lot of effort. Hello HN, I made a website where you can find toilets nearby on a map. It has data for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I fetched the data from openstreetmap with overpass API, cleaned it up and stored it in a supabase DB. In case there was no address, i used nominatim API to geocode it. Feel free to ckeck it out. I built Yourabbit.com — a site that curates hand-picked YouTube rabbit holes grouped by themes like quirky psychology, obscure tech, weird facts, and binge-worthy oddities.
