Products that do what Restimuli – ESG-Focused Business Directory does

Hello HN :) I’m Pat, the maker behind Restimuli - a Business Directory focusing on facilitating interactions between buyers/investors and suppliers who are devoted to ESG values, especially in essential industries such as Pharma, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Chemicals, Logistics and more. The idea was born out of a recognition that navigating the world of suppliers is notably complex, especially for those prioritising sustainability and responsibility. Be it a potential buyer, an ESG equity analyst, or a conscious job-seeker, Restimuli is designed to simplify the discovery of companies…

We’re building Refind, a community of founders, hackers, and designers who collect and share the best links on the web. It’s super early but we’re on Product Hunt today and we don’t want to miss the opportunity to reach out to HN too! Founders, hackers, and designers are the audience we had in mind when building this so we’d really love to know what you think! https://refind.com HOW IT WORKS Save great links that will come in handy in the future. Discover what others save. And then find everything again when you really need it – for example when you later search for this topic on…

Hi HN! I spent the last year traveling and feeling purposeless after shutting down my last startup (Zage YC S’21) in Dec 2022. There were some obstacles I couldn’t overcome and decided to return investors 50% of their capital. To afford (and justify to myself) traveling, I started consulting as an engineer and product designer. I started (https://backspace.nyc) and it was a good time. I (and some friends) built a handful of AI experiences and learned a lot along the way. The hardest thing about running a services business shipping and selling AI experiences powered by LLMs was…

Hi HN! My name is Yossi, and I'm a solo indie maker. SEO tools are super pricey and free tools often fall short, leaving most users to costly subscription-based tools. So, I built SEO Stuff, a keyword tool that uses a credit-based system for builders like me who use SEO more sporadically. Have a great day!

Hey HN! First post btw I want to share a product we are developing right now. It's a thing to gather your data from LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow (and a couple more things in the future) and we obviously use LLMs under the hood :D So the idea of using it is that you don't need to share 69 links and docs and can use one link (or download PDF) now. When you connect all the stuff you will see your profile with a radar chart, which represents your "domains". The next thing will be a section with ai-generated-summary-bio + section with things you're open to. Then a section with work experience…

Hey guys, I was really inspired when I saw the reception to HackerThings yesterday. We built an app over the course of a few weekends that we've been using personally but not had the time to promote, we're growing organically just via word of mouth & referrals currently. Thinng is a place to create visual lists of all the products you might want to buy, or want people to buy for you. So technically you can use it to create your own list of HackerThings or whatever you are into. Install our bookmarklet, use it when you're on a page with the product & save the image with a…

At its core, the $350B resale industry is a messy, unstructured data problem. Resale isn’t a single market — it’s an extremely fragmented ecosystem of global marketplaces (The RealReal, Poshmark, Etsy, eBay, Fashionphile, etc.) and a long tail of independent resellers, social media merchants, and vintage/consignment shops. On both the consumer and enterprise sides, the biggest pain points stem from a lack of unified product schemas and inconsistent condition nomenclature and evaluation standards. We’re building SECONDSENSE to be the operating system for luxury resale, and we just…

Hi HN,<p>In my spare time (evenings and weekends) I've built 3 products which have been relatively successful even with little advertising (only google ads budgeted at $30 per day). The latest one is WcfStorm.Rest; which is a REST service test client. I built it because I found that the current tools did not have the features I wanted such as, intellisense when working with HTTP headers, syntax highlighting for JSON messages, etc.<p>I'm continually trying to improve these products and would very much love get your feedback. Every suggestion is welcome!<p>(My apologies…

Hi HN! Agora is an AI search engine for e-commerce products. We've indexed 21 million products sold on 62,000 different Shopify and WooCommerce stores and made them easy for customers to search and purchase. Think of a decentralized Amazon. I originally built Agora as a side project and launched it here on HN. The search took 5 - 10 seconds to return results and the app looked like it was designed in MS Paint (by yours truly). https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=38635695 Since the MVP launch, here are a few technical challenges that we've been working on: 1. Hi HN! I’m working on Agora, an AI search engine for e-commerce products. Excited to launch the Agora API that helps other developers embed shopping experiences into their app. We provide endpoints to search, purchase, and track products sold on 25,000 different Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Early customers are building social shopping apps, marketplaces, and AI shopping assistants. I’d love your feedback!

Hey HN, I've been working on something cool that I wanted to share with you all. It's called Viewpoint, an analytics tool for LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic models, and Gemini. The idea came from the constant flood of new LLM models and the need to figure out which ones work best for my projects without breaking the bank. With viewpoint, I can track token usage, costs, latency(WIP), and traffic over time, making it easier to compare different models and see which ones perform best and save money. The tool works asynchronously, so it doesn't add any latency to your LLM requests, and you have…

Hi HN! I'm one of the people building ONYX Data Rooms. We started working on this during our own fundraise and noticed that many data rooms focus on later-stage fundraising processes and budgets, rather than the needs of early- and growth-stage founders. What stood out to us the most wasn't the lack of data, but the lack of clarity. As founders, we could see that documents were being opened, but it was hard to understand: - which investors are genuinely engaged vs. just clicking through - which documents are getting attention vs. being skipped - where diligence is slowing down or generating…

Hey, folks here is a peek into Jujutsu. We at Poozle are working with hundreds of APIs and it has been always frustrating to 1. Search the API in the documentation or ask ChatGPT 2. Then copy it to the postman and understand/test the API 3. Generate code to integrate into the codebase We thought how about having all of this at one place. We currently fine-tuned LLM on public REST APIs to reduce hallucination and then combined it with ChatGPT and Postman. I look forward to feedback, feature requests and discussions!

This is a previous project I decided to relaunch. There's tons of directories that accept all submissions, but I feel like that just waters down the platform. It also isn't fair for the amazingly built tools and services. I pivoted to a premium-only directory and feel like charging a small fee, while it might take longer to build the portfolio of listed tools, they'll be of much higher quality than other platforms.
