Products that do what TerminusCMS – Headless CMS for Devs does
Existing headless CMS tools are mostly making it up as they go along - starting with the idea of ‘I want to build a company that delivers a headless CMS’ and then quickly slapping a bunch of technologies together and ending up with a pile of JSONs floating around a MongoDB or another similar frankenstein. As we’d already built the document graph data layer from the ground up, we could properly integrate the CMS features to give a seamless developer experience. We are never going to send you to a screen that says, ‘TerminusCRM requires NodeJS version 10+ and a Mongo database’. It is all…

I'm the technical co-founder of Baseline, and I wanted to share our latest creation with you all. After struggling with some limitations of other popular frameworks for our own startup projects, we decided to build something better—Baseline. We've designed our framework to address the specific needs of startups like ours that require scalability, reliability, and ease of use without the hefty overheads. We’re launching as an Open-source product. Baseline is built on AWS and leverages serverless technologies to offer a solution that scales automatically and is cost-effective. With other…

Hi HN, We're Rishabh, Aashish, and Noah, the creators of ProtoType: a platform for building GraphQL backends. You can check it out here: https://www.useprototype.com We were fed up with creating the same sort of APIs over and over again when building web applications so we built this tool for ourselves. As we're all in university, we showed it around to our friends and they enjoyed using it to kickstart their projects. After that, we thought we'd host it on a website and allow anybody to use it! ProtoType is different from similar GraphQL backend builders such as 8base in that it…

I couldn't find a CMS that met all my needs, so I built this prototype. It works for my purposes. I'm curious if anyone else finds it interesting or useful. If there's enough interest, I may continue working on it. Feedback welcome!

Our initial release is a Chrome extension that builds on top of Gmail and Google Calendar. We keep limited trace activity of coding sessions for 30 days to troubleshoot and improve our offering. No data (events, emails) from Google is ever logged or retained. 50 second demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQ292bncO_c Chrome extension (free + no login): https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/fork-for-the-web/mf... We have a lot to learn and build. Would love any and all feedback! Paul & Dalton
