I got pretty good at (and very addicted to) the lunar lander game from a few days ago... so I decided to make an autopilot for the lander based on what I felt like was the best strategy! Now I can have perfect landings every time without lifting a finger :D Writing the autopilot code was a lot more fun than I expected! It felt a bit like programming a robot. Hi all, I'm sure some of the best engineers out here are having a hard time standing out nowadays. It's hard to evaluate and improve your skills, when AI is writing the code. Especially when a junior dev is sitting by your side and "accomplishing" 2x more than you. I didn't like this reality where the line between real talent and AI slop is blurring, so I decided to create a challenge, purely for the community, that is made to truly give a stage for talented devs to stand out in the age of AI. We encourage devs to bring their agents with them, because the challenge is built to not be…

Hi HN, I have been working on this website for a few weeks with some buddies of mine and would love if you checked it out. TuringJest provides a jackbox-esque experience with its two game modes. *One Shot Prompt* - Submit a prompt for all players (including the AI) to answer. - Answer your prompts in the way that you think ChatGPT would answer them. - Vote for who you think the real AI is. *Talk It Out* - Plan an event in a group chat with your friends. - Trick everyone into thinking you are the AI while voting for the real AI. Let me know what you think!

I built this with Claude cause I always wanted to tinker with a simulation economoy and I love space themes. A space-economy sim where nothing is scripted. A few hundred autonomous ships each run their own planner. Some chase the best trade route, take a delivery contract, refuel, retrofit at a shipyard, or dock so the crew can rest before morale tanks. Markets price everything off supply with shortage-urgency multipliers, factions tax and subsidize, populations migrate when they're unhappy, and stations that go broke get abandoned and rot. It started as an Elixir/Phoenix prototype, but…

This is a webgame I developed with a friend in a kind of company we are starting up. In the game, you will find yourself in a room full of robots. One of them is your human opponent, but you don’t know who he is. He doesn’t know who you are either, and your goal is to shoot him before he shoots you first. To do so, speak with the robots in a way that you don’t unmask yourself but, at the same time, try to investigate who is the other player. I'd like to know what do you think about it. Thank you.
