Alspr: Progressive Overload

What it does

Alspr is a workout tracker built for one problem: progressive overload only works if you remember what you lifted last time. Mid-set, Alspr shows your numbers from last session right next to today's set, so there's no scrolling through history and no guessing if it was 185 or 190. Built solo in Flutter, with native Apple Watch and Wear OS companion apps. Free to download, 30-day Pro trial. Would love feedback from fellow lifters and indie builders.
