Casual RTS demo ported to WebGPU

Desktop only, the progress bar may go to 98% and sit there for a while but it will eventually load in. For anyone curious, this is an Unreal Engine 5 sample that our team ported to WebAssembly using our custom web pipeline. Demo is not made by us, we just handled the port.
