What it does
Dreamstone is a simple sleep tracker and alarm that helps you stick to your desired sleep routine. What is new about Dreamstone is that it actually turns the commitment to your sleep routine into a game. It has a unique visual points system that encourages you to stick to your bedtime. Each time you sleep or wake up, you record this in the app, and you get diamond, gold or silver stone (dreamstones) depending on how close you were to your planned bed or wake-up time then you unlock higher levels
