Googly Eyes is a fun photo and video editor that lets you add animated googly eyes to your pictures and live camera videos. Choose a photo from your gallery, take a new picture, or use Movie Mode to apply googly eyes as a live face filter. Customize each eye with size, color, glare, veins, laser beams, rotation, and other effects. In Photo Mode, you can place and adjust eyes manually. In Movie Mode, the app uses on-device face detection to position googly eyes over detected eyes.
