Hello there, When I started training for the first marathon in my life, I download a 6 months training plan, printed it, pinned it to my fridge, and started circling each completed training day. What it does
I built it to plan my weekly running schedule. It
No need to start from scratch every week. Just copy last week and tweak it if things change. If you're taking a break, you don't need to rework the whole plan. You can build your own warm-up plan. It’ll show up before each run. Simple charts that show your weekly mileage and long runs—so you don’t have to guess whether you’ve been consistent. You can label each run—like long run, recovery, trail, or race—to keep things organized and easy to look back on later. We will never send emails from a web.app or firebaseapp.comfrom weeklyruns.web.app
