We're a community building tangible things to better support the mental health of freelancers, small business owners, and the self-employed. We're starting with community (via slack) and content (ebook, podcasts, articles) and next: apps.

If you need someone to speak to: Call Samaritans on 116 123 for free and in confidence. Alternatively: Speak to your GP , who will be able to suggest a range of ways to help. Whether you're a hirer, a service provider, a community or policy maker - we'd love to help you explore where you can postively and tangibly impact the wellbeing of the self-employed.
