Nefio – AI App for Panic Attack Relief

What it does

Nefio is a free app designed to help people with panic disorder return to a normal life. It includes guided exercises and a large amount of information to help users better understand panic attacks and anxiety. Our goal is to help people learn what is happening in the body during panic symptoms and why it happens. When the symptoms become easier to understand, they often become less frightening, which can help break the panic cycle and make everyday life feel possible again.
