New Soldered NULA Series
Development boards for makers, engineers, and innovators.
What it does
The NULA series delivers microcontroller boards for modern makers. Choose from three options: the compact NULA Mini with WiFi 6 and Bluetooth connectivity in a 25mm form factor; the NULA Max RP2350 with DVI display output, dual Cortex-M33 processors, and GPIO for robotics and IoT projects. The NULA DeepSleep ESP32-S3 with 7µA ultra-low power consumption, perfect for battery-powered remote sensing. All boards feature Qwiic connectors for sensor integration, documentation, and technical support.

As part of a little research and also some fun I decided to try my hand at seeing how small of an ESP32 board I can make with functioning WiFi.

We built the smallest dual-band aircraft tracker11d ago · pantsforbirds.com · ▲95I grew frustrated with closed source ADS-B receivers a few years ago, and wanted to build a true low cost embedded ADS-B receiver from scratch for low power applications. I ended up developing a custom radio frontend that uses RP2040 PIO for Mode S preamble detection and demodulation, and also released the first open soruce implementation of UAT decoding on an RF MCU from TI (which works somewhat beyond the publicly stated specs for the chip). Today, ADSBee is a fully featured dual-band ADS-B receiver, with Mode S, ADSB, UAT ADSB, UAT TIS-B / FIS-B, a ton of configurable reporting…

Hey HN! I wanted to share something I built over the last few weeks: isometric.nyc is a massive isometric pixel art map of NYC, built with nano banana and coding agents. I didn't write a single line of code. Of course no-code doesn't mean no-engineering. This project took a lot more manual labor than I'd hoped! I wrote a deep dive on the workflow and some thoughts about the future of AI coding and creativity: http://cannoneyed.com/projects/isometric-nyc
