Philosopher Clock
Turn every minute into a story.
What it does
Philosopher Clock is a minimalist, web-based philosopher clock that transforms the mechanical nature of time into a literary experience. Instead of just showing 00:15, it tells you a story: "Midnight came with a cold breeze and the whisper of 00:15 on the dial." It checks your browser's local time and picks a random literary snippet from a vast 24-hour database of stories. Key Features: Multi-lingual 12 Aesthetic Themes Privacy First: No tracking, no cookies, just time and art.

Hello all! Build clean, minimalistic analog clock webpage to Cloudflare Pages. This is for (maybe): - kids to learn - for second monitor - old tabled on shelf - .. Themes and screen wake lock buttons with auto-hide. Goal is to keep it as clean as possible. This possible makes no sense, but for a domain of $10/y this is cheap site for me to keep and see how it lives on.

Hey HN! I wanted to share something I built over the last few weeks: isometric.nyc is a massive isometric pixel art map of NYC, built with nano banana and coding agents. I didn't write a single line of code. Of course no-code doesn't mean no-engineering. This project took a lot more manual labor than I'd hoped! I wrote a deep dive on the workflow and some thoughts about the future of AI coding and creativity: http://cannoneyed.com/projects/isometric-nyc
