Focus sessions that block your apps and build real habits

What it does

Ryzlo helps you build better habits, reduce distraction, and make space for what matters. Blocking apps is the easy part. Ryzlo pays attention to how you focus: where you slip, what brings you back, what your patterns say. Every session feeds an identity journey that shows who you're becoming, not just what you resisted. And modes shape each session around real life. When the urge to quit hits, Ryzlo helps you pause, breathe, stay. Every session makes the next easier. That's how habits form.

Make space for things that matter.

Build better habits, reduce distractions, and make space for the things that matter. Enough for 48 family dinners, 32 gym sessions, and 26 days of deep work. The best parts of life rarely ask for attention as loudly as everything else. Make room for them by turning your phone from a source of drift into a place of calm direction. A journey measured not in days, but in depth. Every session contributes to who you become · 22 stages, each one earned. Questions, feedback, or partnership ideas. Send a note and it lands with the team directly. Thanks for reaching out. We read every message and will get back to youfrom ryzlo.net

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
