A Svelte component library for building flow diagrams
Svelvet launched on June 4, 2022 with 79 votes, #453 of 3,005 launches that month and more than 75% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 4 years on.
What it does
A lightweight Svelte component library for building interactive node-based flow diagrams. Available as an NPM or Yarn package. It relies on D3 library components (Zoom, Selection) for Zoom and Pan and implements unit and E2E testing.
Svelvet allows you to easily create intuitive user interfaces and diagrams with pre-built components with node-to-node data flow, seamless zooming and panning, customizable edges and nodes and more! Start mapping out your ideas with our NPM package. Simply provide your node data to the Svelvet component and you're ready to show off your interactive diagram - no extra configuration needed! To install and save in your package.json dependencies, run the command below using npm : Svelvet is open source and has room for many more features. We welcomefrom svelvet.io

Svader – Create GPU-rendered Svelte components2024 · github.com · ▲189Svader is a library for rendering 2D shaders on Svelte websites, using either WebGL or WebGPU. It's streamlined for the specific use case of rendering 2D graphics using fragment shaders as an alternative to SVG or the JS canvas API, so it's not meant for doing 3D objects like three.js, for example. This started as something I needed for my own project, but I eventually decided to split it into a separate library. I've since found that this use case fits really well into the Svelte compiler-based approach and its fine-grained reactivity system. In general, I think using shaders like these has…

Talanoa▲343Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

I've seen some interests in (simulation) video games here on HN so I thought I'd share a short version of our story. More than 6 years ago, me and my friend from university were playing around with an idea of making a game we always wanted to play. We worked on it on weekends but the progress was quite slow, especially due to so many dead ends and wasted effort. Eventually however, we solidified our direction and decided to take the risk to resign from our well paid SWE jobs and work on it full time. It took more than a year but yesterday we have finally released it on Steam:…
