What it does
I built this because I couldn't find a simple breathing app that didn't want a subscription or an account. I have anxiety — boxed breathing helps me manage it. So I made the most boring, single-purpose app I could. It guides you through 4-4-4-4 boxed breathing, runs fully offline, stores nothing, and costs nothing. That's it.
